Spa Services

MANICURES AND PEDICURES
Not just a manicure or pedicure, this is hand and foot therapy. Customized care for your hands and feet includes proper maintenance and grooming of nails and cuticles, personalized massage, and your choice of polish. This is a necessary spa experience to bring your hands and feet back into balance.

ELEMENTAL NATURE MASSAGE
A personalized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy and your favourite Aveda aromas. A variety of massage techniques will be used, based on your needs.

BODY HYDRATION AND TANNNG
The session starts in the Hydration station which provides the body with radiant heat, and steam infusion in a vibratory bed, followed by a Tanning Bed Session and/or the Versa Spa Spray Tan.   Your skin will look clean, beautiful and radiant.

Yoga

Instructor: Barbara Cameron
This will be a multi-level Vinyasa Flow class. Beginning with a short meditation and breath work, we will move through Sun salutations, standing and balance postures, to open and work the body and still the mind. Still working with our breath, we will do some mat work while we cool the body in preparation for total relaxation in Savasana (Corpse Pose). This class will speak to your mind, body and spirit, adding to and enhancing your whole Spa Ninety 4 Red Tent experience.
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for yoga. Please bring yoga mat if you have one.
